My company has known Tommy Berry - under his company name of Real Tech for many years. I was first "talked" into using a computer in 1994 and Tommy was highly recommended as a computer "guru." Over the years, I have become especially fond of Tommy as I have come to know him through his work ethics and as a person. He is exceptionally honest, takes pride in doing his work to his customer's satisfaction, and shows immense patience when he has a customer - like me - who needs to be "handheld" and gently walked through the ins and outs.
He has been my source for recommendations on the type of new equipment I need to purchase and has always given me a very professional and fair estimate if he could provide the item or suggest where I should go if he cannot provide the equipment. He has even offered to go to a computer store and pick out what I need for him; in fact when we added a Mac computer and all its graphic arts parts, Tommy did just that.
Just recently, he answered a stress call at night to answer a question. I could go on and on but to sum up: It is extremely difficult to find anyone who is better than Tommy Berry on customer service, product knowledge, repair and maintenance competence, etc., etc. - and the best part is that he is an extremely nice guy.
