To: Whom it may concern Re: Tommy Berry ........Real Technology Inc. I highly recommend Tommy Berry of Real Tech for computer and service repairs. He is extremely knowledgeable and dependable. Tommy's work is very professional in all areas from the repairs themselves to timely and accurate billing. For three and a half years I worked in the Computer Services Center at Davidson College as the Repairs Coordinator. During that period, service was provided by at least six different companies and numerous technicians. The services provided by Tommy Berry were top notch, the best. He worked on a variety of equipment here ranging from Dell, IBM and Apple computers to dot matrix, ink jet and laser printers. Phone calls were returned promptly and service was provided in a timely fashion. If the College were to hire a full time technician, Tommy would have my vote and the College would be fortunate to have him on staff.
