Tommy Berry of Real Technology has provided computer support for my law firm since October of 1999. Since that time, he has changed over the office systems from a Novell Network platform, which had many problems, to a Microsoft Windows NT Network of which our database program support people recommended in the first place.
Tommy set up three remote users who work remotely in our Law firm software package and also setup and automated backup sever in our office. Tommy also troubleshoots and resolves problems with Needles (our database program) to keep the system running smoothly when the Needles support staff is too busy or can not respond quick enough.
